APPI: Administrators Promoting Parent Involvement 
Northeastern University will be hosting the 9th Annual Conference for Parent and Family Programs.  The conference committee invites you to Boston to share ideas and learn more about the manner in which parents and families can become involved in campus life.  The conference will provide participants with the framework to learn from each other and to examine the changing relations between parents/families and universities.  We hope you will join us in Boston this spring.

I am very excited to once again host this year's Administrators Promoting Parent Involvement (APPI) conference on March 7-9, 2007 in Boston, Massachusetts at the Back Bay Hilton.

APPI focuses on programs and workshops for individuals who work with parent programming both from a development and student affairs perspective.

By attending this conference, I can guarantee you will come away with new and exciting ideas for your institutions.  As one colleague attended last year wrote, "I learned new things, and was able to apply many of the ideas and initiatives to my current parent programs."

Who Should Attend?
APPI focuses on programs and workshops for individuals who work with parent programming. Participants come from a variety of areas: Admissions, Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, and Development. Educators interested in any aspect of parent involvement are welcome.
